How does a Meat Grinder Work

PSS RM grinders are manufactured specifically for use in the food industry for the rapid grinding of a variety of fresh meats.
PSS RMs guarantee a good product quality throughout the grinding process, from extremely coarse to very fine.

The hopper of the PSS RMs is where fresh meat is loaded, and then two feeding worms (RM 160/3000) are responsible for moving the meat.
The grinding worm is responsible for transporting the material to the grinding set.
Selecting the appropriate grinding set will result in the desired structure being produced.
